Sunny Waterfront Summer House

Newfound Lake, NH
The existing backyard facing the lake was an unusable lawn with a steep slope and overgrown planting bed. db Landscaping LLC installed the backyard landscape that was designed by Russell Stott. The design called for replacing the old pavers underneath the deck with tightly jointed rectangular blue stone pavers that was extended toward the lake and transitioned to an informal patio with turf filled joints between the blue stone pavers. The retaining wall near the beach was rebuilt utilizing the existing materials, and the wall by the deck was reconfigured to provide access from the deck to the lower patio.

Contemporary Country Estate

Hillsborough, NH
db landscaping LLC was able to integrate this contemporary home within its pastoral New England farmland by applying modern design principles using natural stone and native plant material. The resulting effect is contemporary without feeling cold with a distinctly agrarian quality.

Backyard Urban Oasis

Winchester, MA
db Landscaping LLC designed a series of multi-level backyard outdoor spaces for this family to enjoy on warm, sunny days in the suburbs of Boston, MA. Our team was able to incorporate a large patio with multi-functional uses directly adjacent to the main interior living spaces. Large, natural boulders were incorporated directly into the undulating edge of the patio to provide additional informal seating and to create unique visual appeal.

Mountainside Retreat

New London, NH
db landscaping LLC had the opportunity to create a welcoming arrival experience for this quaint mountainside home with incredible views of the valley beyond. The intricate brick and granite front walkways welcome visitors and compliment the architecture. Driveway alignment and planting beds provide privacy and interest as the front of the home is slowly revealed around the bend.

Tracy Memorial Library

New London, NH
db Landscaping LLC worked on this new entry project for an ADA ramp and steps designed by Frank Anzalone Architects, as part of a larger overall envelop renovation by Bruss Construction.

Gold Star Mother’s Memorial

Manchester, NH
db Landscaping LLC teamed up with John Sullivan to install this memorial. The team focused on details of each individual aspect. Brick layout was thoughtfully angled to have all commemorative bricks with inscriptions face towards the star’s center. The concrete star was laid out to mimic the brass emblems secured on the granite posts. The memorial was designed by Keach Nordstrom Engineers, and stature by Andrew Chernak.
