db Landscaping LLC  strives to build and maintain a long lasting relationship with our clients. For every project that we design and build, we can provide a customized maintenance plan and offer Property Management/ Maintenance Services. We take pride in the landscapes we design and implement and want to ensure that their full potential is realized. We want to make it as easy as possible for our clients to maximize their enjoyment of their new landscapes without feeling burdened by the care involved. Therefore, we offer one stop shopping for all of our clients ongoing garden and property maintenance needs.

Our maintenance offerings include container plantings, shrub and perennial bed maintenance such as seasonal color planting, dividing, deadheading, weeding, mulching, watering, pruning, spring and fall cleanup, and lawn care (mowing, aerating, over-seeding).

We will pay close attention to the health and vitality of the trees and shrubs in your landscape. This involves fertilization and amendment for soil improvement, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) to diagnose signs of pest infestation and implement proper remedies, and pruning for health and vigor.  Keeping abreast of the latest technical data, we are able to respond to any potential problems in your landscape while using appropriate and environmentally sound treatment methods.

In addition to the above-mentioned services, we can be a resource for our clients when it comes to dealing with other miscellaneous issues that can occur over time in a landscape such as erosion concerns, storm damage, deer protection, and invasive plant removal. We can also help you prepare for a real estate showing or simply rejuvenate the landscape of a newly purchased property.

For some clients, tending to the landscape can be a therapeutic exercise to release stress from daily activities. However, we are happy to take away the burden of caring for your landscape when you do not have the time, ability, and/or desire to do so. Our property management and garden maintenance services are performed by db Landscaping LLC’s own crews as well as handpicked subcontractors. We accommodate a variety of schedules; weekly maintenance visits, spring and fall cleanups or annual pruning. Whatever your needs may be, our knowledgeable staff will ensure your property will look its best.
